Pneumonia:

• Pneumonia refers to inflammation of the lungs
• In this condition the body temperature increases over 40.6°C (105.1° F)

Symptoms to look for:

• High fever
• Difficulty in breathing
• Sharp pain in chest
• Cough accompanied with pink mucus
• Pulse rate rises over 150 beats per minute
• Delirium and convulsions in children

Causes:

• Contact with germs
• Fungal infection
• Irritation by worms
• Inhaling foreign matter or toxic gases
• Unhealthy eating habits

Natural home remedy using sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt and honey:

1. Take 250 ml water
2. Add 2 tbsp sesame seeds
3. Add 1 tbsp flax seeds
4. Add a pinch of salt
5. Add 2 tbsp honey
6. Mix well
7. Consume 2 times a day

Natural home remedy using black tea and fenugreek seeds:

1. Take 1 cup black tea
2. Crush some fenugreek seeds to powder
3. Add 3 tsp of fenugreek powder to this tea
4. Mix well
5. Drink once every day
6. Add sugar for taste

Tips:

• Consume a mixture of 100 ml carrot juice and 100 ml cucumber juice once everyday
• Increase intake of ginger and garlic
