1. Pomegranate for loose motion:
It is good in reducing the loose motion problems quite beneficially. Remember that you must intake at least two pomegranates every day in order to lower the loose motion.
In a mixer you can also blend the pomegranate seeds and take out the juice. Drink a glass of this juice at least 3 times a day in order to see the positive results.
2. Lemonade:
Take a glass of water and now cut the lemon in to 2 pieces and squeeze it . in it add 1 teaspoon of salt and tablespoon of sugar to it. Mix it well.
Drink this mixture an interval of 1 hour till you feel that toxins are eliminated. For better results take this for 3 days.
During this period go to soup of liquid food. Within 4-5 days you will get back to normal diet.
3. Honey for loose motion:
Take 1 tsp of fresh honey. It might be effective if you use organic honey.
In honey add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder in a glass of warm water and mix it well.
Early morning drink this mixture on an empty stomach.
Repeat the same process 2 times in the day in order to treat your bowel problem.
4. Buttermilk for loose motion:
Effective in soothing the digestive system and bringing it back on track.
Add a teaspoon of salt and pinch or black pepper powder or jeera powder or turmeric powder in buttermilk and mix it well.
Drink this delicious buttermilk at least 2-3 times a day to get rid of loose stools.
