Roast all the ingredients one by one or all together for 3 to 5 minutes. After all the ingredients are roasted, allow it to get cool for some time. After cooling, keep the herbs in air tight container. Eat 1 teaspoon after every meal like breakfast, lunch… Carry these herbs along with you in a small container, when away from home.
