Home remedies for Brest pain | How to get rid of Brest pain Naturally
For some women, it occurs as a mild ache and for some women, it occurs as a severe problem like lumps, cancer, etc. It is an unpleasant condition which creates discomfort. Breast tenderness is a situation where the breast become soft, swollen and painful with a slight touch or movement.
The hormonal changes in the women who is undergoing menopause may lead to breast tenderness. This can be treated easily with some simple and effective home remedies. Below are few of them for breast tenderness.
1. Soap massage:soapmassage for breast pain.
When are bathing, apply the soap to the breasts and massage gently starting from the center for at least 10 minutes. This will improve the blood circulation in the body which reveals from the breast pain.
2. Cold pack or warm compress:Cold pack or warm compress.
Cold pack is a very good remedy to remove the breast pain. Wrap few ice cubes in a towel and place it on the breast to help relieve from swelling, pain and tenderness. Repeat this process for few days on both the breasts until you get relief.
Alternatively, you can use warm compress if you are not satisfied with the cold pack. Just dip a clean towel in the warm water to reduce the pain, swelling and tenderness in the breasts.
3. Use support bras:Use support bras.
The breast tenderness is also caused due to wearing of uncomfortable or unsuited bras or inners. Try avoiding underwire bras and instead use supporting bras which gives a perfect shape to the breasts and is comfortable.
4. Eat soy foods:Eat soy foods.
Intake of soy beans is a very good treatment for breast tenderness. Soy foods contains a compound called phytoestrogens which have an direct effect on the hormonal changes. This takes place during the mensturation or menopause periods.You can drink soy milk or shakes or make smoothies with the soy milk which helps in reducing the breast pain or tenderness.
5. Cabbage leaf compress:Cabbage leaf compress.
For instant relief from breast pain and tenderness,apply the raw cabbage leaves on your breasts and cover with a towel. This procedure open ups the blood vessels and improves the blood circulation in the tendered breasts. finally, it helps in reducing the swelling and pain in the breasts.
